Veil or No Veil?

This seems to be the biggest dilemma when it comes to picking out your wedding attire!

I know, I struggled with this alot. So let’s talk!

Some of my favorite images I have ever taken were veil pics. The photographs you can get with them are just absolutely breathtaking!!

However, they can also be a pain and pull on your hair, especially when it is windy. Some things to consider:

PROS:

• beautiful pics
• adds to your wedding dress train
• great accent piece for your hair
• perfect for updo hairstyles
• more traditional

CONS:

• can pull on your hair (possibly messing it up)
• doesn’t work well in the wind
• if it is long, more to carry with your dress train

While all of those can be taken into consideration, YOU need to sit and picture what the perfect wedding day would look like to you, all the way down to veil or no veil.

Me personally, I chose no veil because my hair is super curly and will frizz if it gets pulled on very much and I just don’t see that going very well. But honestly, I think if you are considering it then DO IT because the images are gorgeous!
